Our cylinders are CNC machined with an industry first threaded casing to accept an additional threaded sleeve (sold separately). This sleeve allows you to weld infinite bracket configurations allowing many new innovative ways to mount your cylinder. Each cylinder is coated in a nickel cadmium zinc plating which allows for smooth threading and rust prevention.

CYLINDER SHAFT

The shafts in the cylinders are made from polished, heat treaded, solid chromoly rod. With installations such as mcpherson strut applications, it is imperative that only the strongest material is used on the cylinders, and we offer nothing but the highest grade steels. Furthermore, standard on all our cylinders are three seals including a top poly pak which flares under pressure to provide a tight seal along with two additional o-rings. We offer the first cylinders to be designed for accumulator usage for the longest seal life available on the market.
